To change your mood here is interesting story,
Friday I wanted to go explore some trails and camp overnight by mount Shasta, I had my 2 huskys with me, as soon as I let those thugs out of the truck they took off in husky fashion, I have GPS tracking on the male husky, within 3 hours they were 54 miles away, it unbelievable, and how they found there way back to my truck only god knows.
Have a wonderful Sunday guys.

WTH????? 54 miles in 3 hours????? That is simply amazing. Averaging 18 miles per hour. |
Hahahaha yes that’s unbelievable,
I guess that’s average cruising speed for them, wolves usually do 80 to 150 miles a day, and those huskys are about the same in character. _________________ 2008 HUMVEE 2 door

Thanks for all the time and effort you've put into the HML and Forum over the years. There's not a better resource in existence. |

If the love exploring, then that must slow them down ... only reason a
dog will do 18mph is to answer BOOTY CALL. _________________ 9ft Roof Rack, GOBI Ladders, HUMMERDANS RPP, WARN Winch, US Flag Radiator Grille, Factory 1-pc Rims w GY MIL OZ 37", Metal side Scoop, Hood Airlift Gaskets/Rings 1", Rear bumper, SAR Console Rack,Full UCP, Smittybilt Shackle: #2820, LED Headlights, Baja Designs S2 & Squadron Sport Amber Lights |

I took a look and many of the "sold" items were shadow topics. It looks like the moderator was moving sold items to the invisible trash bin (they are not deleted, but moved to a trash bin in case there are any questions about a sold item), but was not unchecking the "leave a shadow topic" box in the process. A shadow topic remains where it was, but refers to the topic which has been moved somewhere else.
I've removed the shadow topics and let the moderator know to uncheck that box.
Thanks. _________________ Serving the Hummer community since 1996 |

For the record, I have always said that I will contribute if I sell something on here.
Problem is, I've never sold anything on here. I advertise a few products I designed and manufactured as well as used parts I sell, and I say "if you found me through the HML let me know so I can contribute", but I've never received a note that someone has.
I have sold exclusively on Facebook and eBay.
For example, I bought a set of 17" Hutchinsons on the HML. I have had the same set for sale for months (I think). No messages here, 10 messages through Facebook, and they might have sold through Facebook. _________________ 2005 HMMWV M1123, A2 |
