If your password is not accepted:
Note that passwords are case-sensitive, so capitalization must be exactly the same as you entered it when you signed up. Be sure your caps-lock key is not on when you enter your password.
If you do not remember your password or the capitalization used, click on "I Forgot my password" on the log-in form. A new password will be e-mailed to you. Activate the new password using the link in the e-mail with the subject "new password activation" (the new password will not work unless you activate it using the link in the e-mail). Log in with the new password, then you can change it in your profile if you like. If you check the "Log me on automatically each visit" box, you won't need to enter your password each time. This option is not recommended if you use a publicly accessible computer such as one at a library or Internet cafe.
If you have just signed up for the forum but cannot log in:
Each new account must be activated before the user can log in. Due to the HUGE problem of forum spamming, it is necessary for a human to activate each new account in order to keep out spammers. Please be patient. A human may not be immediately available, but your account should be activated as soon as humanly possible.
The main forum and the Hummer Marketplace are separate entities. If you are registered for one, you are not automatically registered for the other. Log-ins are not interchangeable. If you wish to be able to log into both, you will need to be registered for both. You may use the same username and password for both if you like.

If you've changed your e-mail address, then cannot log in
If you reset your password, then cannot log in
Otherwise, Please contact the forum admin if you're having a problem logging in. Please be sure to include the following information in order for a forum admin to be able to assist you promptly:
Your username or e-mail address of record on the forum (the one you used when you signed up)
What error message you get when you attempt to log in - very important
Your password so your log-in can be tested
The more information you can furnish, the better and faster the problem can be addressed.
