Is the PMD new and does it have the correct resistor?

Hi, the PMD is a Dtech and it has the #9 resistor installed. I had it as a backup and was used briefly a couple of times when my Stanadyne PMD's crapped out. I also included a 6 foot extension cable and if can find a heat sink I'll throw that in too.
